yes, because now i'm hosting it, not alphashop.

it might seem that way, but this is actually some of my very first design
work.

yes, mostly because i was hoping to bring the code of the site up to current
standards without going through an approval process with the client.  as
long as the design stays the same, he doesn't care what the underlying code
looks like.

i'm embarking on the very same thing soon also.  my personal feeling is
there's nothing unethical about recoding the underlying html for a design.
whether or not the original designer's credits remains on the design will be
a subject of debate i'm sure, but not pertinent to my situation as the
client owns the design and there aren't any design credits other than the
ones for the company i work for (alphashop).
