+1 for me too, I bought a d-link print server second hand on e-bay, had 
problems getting into it (password set and didn't know what it was), 
contacted d-link tech support on the web site and they actually 
telephoned me back and sorted the problem! That's mightily impressive 
tech support in this day and age.
