Totally different products.  Dreamweaver is a WYSIWYHYG site layout and 
management tool.  HomeSite is an HTML editor.  Even though I use other 
tools for site layout (Photoshop & ImageReady), I prefer to hand edit my 
final code using HomeSite to make it as tight as I can.  Oftentimes tools 
get in the way of creating clean pages, since they make assumptions about 
layout.
