There seems to be a known problem with Opera 7.1 and bullets (it's discussed
at the Opera site). Any kind of bullet is messed up in my site in Opera
7.11; graphic bullets are so low  in some Mozilla versions they are cut off;
bullets are intact but too low in NS7.01 ... and they all look fine in
IE6.0.

In the TopStyle newsgroup, an Opera aficionado has a workaround that he says
works in Opera 7.1 and NS7, IE6, etc. See news.bradsoft.com in the
topstyle.support.css newsgroup - message thread starts on 6/20.

HTH, Pat
