Hi Aleem

I asked almost the same question earlier this morning, and got the following:

www.freefax.co.uk
yahoo (US site is reputed to offer a fax service)
eFax.com (US)
www.yac.com (it was someone in the UK who recommended this one)

I set up with freefax for free to receive a fax to my email. I suspect
sending you'll have to pay, otherwise you're getting a free phone call.
Just a thought.
