Perhaps they should learn how to use their browser then?
These links typically depend on scripting, as well. Meaning that a user
who is running a browser either incapable of running scripts or set not
to run scripts (globally, or just from untrusted sources) may use one
of these links and have no idea that it didn't work. The browser's own
commands for these functions *always* works (unless there is a serious
bug in the browser).
