if there's anything outside of win/ie that supports it, i'd be surprised.
however, since win/ie is the only browser that needs this because of its
implementation of autocomplete, then what's the worry?  just set both the
onchange and the onpropertychange event handlers to call the same code and
you're golden (mostly).
