[thelist] browser support of fieldset tag

When did the outline deliniation of form fields given by using the 
fieldset tag become widely used?

I have tested in Opera 7, IE6, Moz 1.4b - all support the grouping of 
form items by this tag

I was shocked to see that NS4.7 did not support the outline
</sarcasm>
Is is safe to presume that version 4+ browsers support this feature?
