[thelist] Startup/Sweat Equity - Looking for help with Functional Spec/Requirements

Hi.

This might be a little off target. Does anybody have experience with
developing Requirements Specifications/Functional Requirements Specification
Documents. We're looking for someone who might want to help us create a
couple of these docs for a project we're working on...

The project is a web based application with the usual database backend...

This will be for a startup/sweat equity opportuinity....
