Chris,
I found this book - Object Oriented Systems Development by Ali Bahrami -
about a year ago. Really just picked it up on a whim, as it cost only $2.
It's quite textbooky (wordy, lots of esoteric jargon) buy seems but very
detailed.

One of the reviews also suggests an alternative UML book that seems a lot
more popular and also half the price - Applying UML and Patterns by Craig
Larman.
