Retract, retract.. I guess Files .ht* would not be the same as *.ht* :)

So, since I created an extra message or two here, I'll point out that in
my httpd.conf file a similar configuration uses:

<Files ~ "^\.ht">

Not sure what benefit, if any, there would be over .ht* ...
