[thelist] FTP and ASP.net tutorial

Hi,
What i want to do is built a  form with an input field of type file, Let user browse get the file they want to upload and on clicking upload, it uploads the file to a server. All this process should be executed using ASP.NET.
 
I have tried searching for tutorials to perform that task, but in vain.
