Apple vs. Microsoft.

Apparently, in the early days,  a conversation between Bill Gates and Steve 
Jobs went something like this:

Steve Jobs: "Our product is better"
Bill Gates: "You don't get it-- *it doesn't matter!*"

People will typically buy crap that's "just good enough". Just look at the 
market. Quality is a niche market. Wish it were different, but wishing 
doesn't make it so. What a shame.
