I don't know about form field naming but if you only want the auto-fill 
feature for iexplorer only you can use attributes like this in your input 
tags (non-standard though):

	vcard_name="vCard.FirstName"
	vcard_name="vCard.LastName"
	vcard_name="vCard.email"
	...
