Since Access has no internal scheduling system (unlike, say, SQL Server), I
thnk your options are:
a) write an ASP (or CF or PHP) page that will handle the mailout. Schedule
something on your PC to hit the ASP page on your hosting company's server at
the set time/day that is required

b) see if your hosting company will schedule a VBS (VBScript) on their
server that'll do the same thing.
