I'm looking for a competent and dependable php/mysql programmer,
available for subcontract work for a small job for a non-profit.

I'm just now finally learning PHP/MySQL. It keeps on coming up for me
to learn this, and then I don't trust the job to the newbie that I
would be!

It is important to me to find someone who can write clean, correct
code, so I can trust it for the job and also learn from it.

I hand code all my html and css, so I'm looking for flexibility in
working with me, providing the php. Consider this for estimating time
required, since I would be customizing forms, and editing html sections
anyway. I could fill in db name, user, pswd, and wouldn't need mysql
setup. I setup the .htaccess pswd, shown here for clarity of process.

Implementation:
form data written to mysql, then output table data to html.
users add, edit and delete records (.htaccess pswd)

--------------------
Hopefully the following details will provide what's needed for a time
estimate.
There's 2 sections with separate data but similar functionality.

Group 1:
output mysql -> html table
--------------------------------
field | field | field | field
--------------------------------
data | link | data | data
--------------------------------
data | link | data | data
--------------------------------
Links on page - users add, edit, delete records (.htaccess pswd)
"link" fields link to page displaying data from other fields not
displayed initially.

Group 2:
Separate data but similar functionality as above,
difference is doesn't link to other db data, different output
orientation.
output mysql -> html table
------------
field | data
------------
field | data
------------
field | data
------------
Links on page - users add, edit, delete records (.htaccess pswd)

Possibly both might only need one .htaccess user/pswd + one mysql user.

I'm located in Eugene, Oregon
Respond off list, thanks!
