simon, i have great respect for your accomplishments, knowledge, and
contribution to the web development community, but i fear you have gone
overboard with that last statement

there are lots of good reasons why i continue to use IE as my primary
browser, despite having tried firebird, mozilla, opera, and joe's browser du
jour

this may start a useless and pointless thread, in which i refuse to
participate, so let's cut it short now, and simply concede that web
developers are probably smart enough, and aware of the many different
features that the various browsers have, to make an intelligent choice about
which browser they prefer to use

'nuff said
