The key to this is market fragmentation. When I was a kid, we had corner 
grocery stores every 1/2 mile or so. We would go through and look at 
everything. Now we have supermarkets. At least 95% of the stuff in there I 
never look at, much less buy.

The internet is the sam way. The small businesses that are making money on 
the net are the ones that very exactly target their product. Perhaps their 
market is one income famlies with kids in lower elementary grades living in 
urban areas.

Whatever it is, once you have done that, you can offer a very high value and 
raise your prices accordingly. The reason: You are selling the same thing 
over and over. You no longer have to charge for your time - You charge for 
your value to your client.
