[thelist] SQL syntax error

Also I do not get any output from this echo:

mysql_select_db($database_productbase, $productbase);
   $Result1 = mysql_query($insertSQL, $productbase) or 
die(mysql_error());
} echo $result;  

I receive an error before I can retrieve.
