we need more information.

how are you outputting the session variables?  are the keys hardcoded?  or
are you looping over the structure?

can you identify what might be the steps that lead up to this happening so
you can reproduce it consistently?

also, what version of coldfusion?

how are you tracking sessions?  cookies or urltokens?
