Severe bloat, almost as bad as Windows. Butchering of packages like KDE
and XMMS. (The latter pops up a dialog box when playing an MPEG audio
file, stating the functionality has been removed due to some licensing
problem. Easily fixed by upgrading to the RPM from the XMMS site, but
IMO this shouldn't be necessary.) Less of a committment to the free
software community (meaning they include a lot of non-free packages).
Really, Debian or Gentoo would be a better choice than either of the two
distributions in the original post.
