Uh -- "I guess"??  Didn't you ask?

Seems to me that could mean an end user wanting more obvious button
placement, or who doesn't know how to print with the built-in print
function, *or* who wants a "printer-friendly" page unlike what they
see in front of them.

All of which may have different solutions ... :-)
