[thelist] parsing for php

Assumin the server runs Apache from one of my .htaccess file, to parse a
file called listpage (no extension).  Search Apache.org for the formats for
wildcards.

ForceType application/x-httpd-php
</Files>

host offers PHP as files *.php get parsed and the php runs ;) QED

just want *.htm to parse PHP and run as well (cake and ha'penny)
