[thelist] connection and then a reboot virus?

Hi All

Firstly Merry Xmas to you all.

I have a problem or at least my brother has a problem and the best discription
he has given me is this.

He conects to the internet using a virgin dialup account and after 10 minutes of
being connected his machine reboots itself.

I am sure this is a virus but cannot remember which one.  Before the reboot an
error message pops up saying something about NT, can anyone recall which virus
this is and any links for info to get rid of it?
