Hold it, hold it! Why does everyone say this? 'height' is a valid attribute for TD in both HTML 4.01 Transitional and XHTML 1.0. And percentage values are allowed too. So there! You shouldn't get an error with those doctypes. If you do there must be another problem. Both width and height are deprecated of course and verboten in Strict.

On the other hand, height was never legit for TABLE. Maybe that's what everyone is thinking of?
