[thelist] Internationalization - Japanese Translation

Does anyone know of a good font-family and font-size that is acceptable in Japanese?

I originally started an application that was an English only application, that has to be translated into Japanese, followed by German, Arabic and French. I'm glad we started the project with stylesheets. But now, I have the duty to convert the existing application from English to Japanese.

At first look of the application in Japanese the the details of the glyphs cannot be viewed in Verdana and 11 px, so I increased the size of the font to 20 px. However, doing so, screws up the look n feel of the application, when some lines do the word-wrap thing.

Is there any easy solution without reinventing the application for the Japanese, i.e., font-family and/or font-size that I can do?

This is Thanks Well in Advance!!!
