[thelist] Browser check

Hey Russell,
First glance with ie 6 - your text butts-up right next to the left of the window - not even a pixel space :~)
I hope that my following statements do not sound condescending (I really am just an intermediate designer myself), but I noticed that the page does not validate (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Ffoxhuntingworld.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=%28detect+automatically%29&ss=1&outline=1&sp=1&No200=1&verbose=1) (if link does not work due to page wrap, cut/paste it into your browser) - as your DOCTYPE HTML 4.01 Transitional.
My advice is to correct the errors shown in the validation report. You'd be surprised as to how many things "go right" in your page with valid code.
I'll get back to you on the cross-browser check in a bit.
HTH,
Martin E.

Hey Russell, I just joined this group, so I'm a bit lost as to your site
check location. Can you give your URL (again?).
I can site check with Win/2k on these browsers:
a.. Opera 6.05, 7.01, 7.10, 7.23, 7.5
b.. Netscape 4.7, 6.1, 7.01, 7.02, 7.1
c.. Mozilla 1.2.1, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6b, 1.7a
d.. Mozilla Firebird 0.7
e.. Internet Explorer 4.01, 5.01sp2, 5.5sp2, 6.0
Hi Martin,
Sorry about that...
