[thelist] mpeg and flash tutorial

Hi Gang,

I tried to Google for a basic tutorial that shows how to, through the flash
client, programmatically load an mpeg from the server and play it with basic
play, stop, and rewind buttons.  It would be nice if it included blurbs on
how to make the media stream if needed.

Any good links out there?
