[thelist] cache issue

Hi all
Due a major oversight on my part, i uploaded a website that calls a buggy
javascript.  I've fixed the site, but due to caching isues, visitors are
still getting the javascript error pop up.  I cannot tell the client to tell
everybody to simply clear their cache, and they are getting a little irate.

Is there a way I can tell the web browsers to refresh their cache?
