(0)20 is the code for London. The 7 (or 8) is part of the 8 digit local 
number - at some point digits other than 7 or 8 may be used, and they 
will not necessarily indicate inner and outer London as they used to.

Make sure the email address has a 'real' name set up in your email 
client s/w else when someone replies to you, your email address will be 
exposed.

While in itself this isn't a problem, if the email list is archived 
(like this one) then your address may be published on a web site and be 
harvested by spam-bots.
