Not with RUNAT.

Like someone stated earlier, check out what the browser is receiving and 
see if you have something malformed. I don't use the Server.Execute, but I 
remember something about it acting freaky - I just can't remember why. 
Might want to check the evolt archives.

I did a quick check at MSDN and didn't see any gotchas on a first glance.
