Quite clever really, it means that it can pass keyword based spam filters,
since the text isn't actually written into the document, but generated when
the recipient views it. It would probably still be caught if you were using
Bayesian spam filter.

Looks like it builds a string based on the ascii character values of all
those numbers and writes it.
