[thelist] have you used charge.com and what do you think

I have a client who wants to add a payment gateway to their site.

We have done lots of bank linked ones, but she has asked me to investigate
something she came across called charge.com  (www.charge.com).

I seems okay but there is no information about implementation anywhere and I
am wondering if anyone has any comments, positive or negative, about
charge.com

Is it reliable?
Is it really as cost effective as they claim?
Is it easy to implement?
