incorrect.  the viewer does not have to have the font on their system for
weft to work.  if that was the case, weft wouldn't even be necessary cause
they'd already have it on their system, eh?  instead, weft is for fonts the
end-user does *not* have on their system;  a method of embedding the font
directly into the html.  you may already know all this, but the part i
snipped above was worded to the contrary.
