[thelist] My css rollover drop-downs are not working on ie

FWIW: I noticed on my IE 6.0 I never got your test page to diplay
properly (even after 20 tries). However I did get the drop-downs working
on the homepage if I used an F5 to refresh and had my mouse in place
over the link. Clicking refresh and then moving the mouse on to the link
never worked.
