[thelist] NetBeans to FrontPage Mods

I have a JSP website built in NetBeans. I want to rename almost all of the
directories, but NetBeans won't propagate the changes into the HTML and JSP.
I know FrontPage is good for this, but I have two questions.
 
1. Will FrontPage add ANY proprietary code/directories to my web if I pull
it in
 
2. Will FronPage propagate the changes into the JSP as well as the HTML?
