I have a complete, fairly straight forward outline how to install mySQL,
PHP, Perl and Apache 2 on a Win2k box.

It is not the standard "installer" method.

When complete, this gives you (nearly) the same file structure as a
Linux box.

I hope this helps. Please let me know either way, I'm trying to improve
this procedure.
