In order to discuss the development of multi-lingual web sites in a 
focused manner, I've set up a mailing list on Google's new Groups 2 
Beta just for the discussion of multi-lingual site development, and you 
can join here:

The list will discuss the use of CSS, PHP, HTML, XHTML, XML, XSL, XSLT, 
XPATH, XLIFF, JavaScript (ECMAScript), and any other acronyms people 
feel contribute to the deployment of successful multi-lingual web 
sites...

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join this new list and contribute 
their ideas and techniques for creating successful multi-lingual web 
sites.
