I used that once. Got a decent template for a demo site for $12, 
included HTML, DW templates, all chopped images and PSD files. Not bad. 
I would use it again for a low-budge project. Their templates do tend 
to be graphics heavy and overdone but I've seen "professional" 
designers come up with a lot worse for $1000s
