Your explanation of your configuration is not very clear.

a) Please outline the exact steps that you have taken to configure SQL
Server, and IIS.

b) Please post the exact error message you are receiving when you attempt to
connect to your HTTP server. If you are getting a "login failure" to SQL
Server, then you probably need to allow the user context that IIS is
impersonating access to SQL Server . You can do this via Enterprise Manager
or Query Analyser.
