[thelist] 1&1 experiences?

I used calpop for dedicated servers, they are inexpensive and have some
nice features, multi-homed(3ISPs) network.
I havent ever done or looked at 1to1, but they look pretty good.
One thing I have learned about support is if you are sending in a
request via email is going to be a lot slower then if you call, but
every organization is different, you might find that post a trouble
ticket is a lot faster, but if you are having revenue effecting issues
you should always call the support number, the great thing about calpop
is that support number is to the data center and a technician or
engineer.

Interresting reading, from users.

Main problem with slow "official" support and email.
