I think the reason you're not getting answers to your question is that the
question is alittle odd.  The servers listed above are webservers.  You
don't really need anything else to run ColdFusion on the box.  Perhaps you
can provide some more background to the sorts of things you think might be
needed in addition to a webserver and we can go from there.
