Some people are very good at making a simple design look nice. Nice 
job! (Safari)

Only suggestion is that when CSS selector names contain specific 
presentational words it can get tricky down the line. Lets say they 
don't want an orange bar anymore, but a blue one. Now what will you do? 
Change the color for #orange_bar to blue but leave the name 
"orange_bar"? Or will you also have to go through all the html and 
rename that selector to #blue_bar?
