A little from column A, a little from column B.

It depends on the way you have your folder set up.  Basically each 
folder is a different file.  If you have a folder has sub folders, it is 
turned into a directory with each subfolder have it's own file.

I'm sure Mozilla.org would have some docs on the topis if you need for 
details.
