Does this mean that you can have one common mail directory that you can 
share between Thunderbird and any other program that can read mbox mail 
folders?

Also, what if you have a lot of messages in Mozilla Mail -- and want to 
switch to Thunderbird.  Will Thunderbird be able to read the Mozilla 
Mail settings/folder (this is on Windows).
