Now there's an argument that has been used against nearly every type
of regulation since someone said "do not eat the apples", e.g:

- environmental protection
- food safety inspections
- prohibition of racial discrimination
- fire safety codes
- right turn on red (just kidding)

With spam and viruses running amok, a case can be made that the 'net
needs more regulation, and less "free market."
