It is only a minor point, but since it is the final sentence, I think 
I'll mention it.....

"You know have mySQL installed and running on your Windows box!"

know??? :)

Also, I would avoid any confusion that may be created by the use of "/" 
instead of "\".

Otherwise, great doc and great tutorial.
