absolutely.  At the end of the day, we charge what we feel the client
will regard as a fair price.  And we let the wealthier ones subsidise
the not so well off, or the pro bono sites we do.

as long as every customer thinks they're getting a good job done for
the price they pay, we're all happy.

but we never charge an hourly rate, except for ongoing support items. 
We charge on a per project cost.
