I wanted to call different movies with the same js (generated by Flash) so I
was putting a variable into id and value. To do this I was using .write('' +
variable + '');

It may have been a coincidence, but I looked for another method anyway.

There's another ongoing thread about viewing the source of js. If I'd
followed that I may have taken a different direction, though I find simpler
solutions more attractive and the Satay method looks simple.
