I'm looking for font lists by OS version.  The closest I could find was:

I'd like to find a more specific breakdown including exhaustive lists 
of default fonts for each release of Windows and Mac OS.  Linux / BSD 
distros would be a plus...

I'd like to craft my CSS to take advantage of all the fonts available 
these days while making sure they degrade optimally on older machines.

If there's not something like this around, maybe we could coordinate to 
compile one...
